Ben, originally from Toronto and now residing in London, has 13 years experience in insurance and 7 years experience in digital assets. He's been a co-founder, broker and underwriter in the space and specialises in solving complex risk problems plaguing emerging technology businesses. 

As a co-founder, Ben started both Coincover and Native, two companies helping the digital asset industry quantify and transfer their risk. By bridging onchain finance into insurance, Ben has brought new capacity into the industry and increasing liquidity as a result.

In 2019, Ben was recognised as a 'Rising Star' in the industry and won Young Broker of the Year in 2022 at the Insurance Insider Awards dinner. Ben was then a finalist for Broker of the Year in 2023 at the British Business Awards.
